Caregiver Support Program

San Juan Basin Health Department, with funds through the Older Americans Act, has implemented the Caregiver Support Program for people in an ongoing caregiving relationship. Caregivers of individuals who are 60 or older are eligible as are caregivers who are themselves at least 60. Possible services include respite care, counseling, support groups and caregiver training.
