Holiday Schedule

San Juan Basin Health Department will be closed Thursday, December 24^th at noon through Friday, December 25^th as well as the following Friday, January 1^st for the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. Additionally, there will be no immunization clinic held on Monday, December 28^th. San Juan Basin Health wishes everyone a healthy and happy holiday season!
