We go the extra mile to keep individuals in their own home and as independent as possible by offering: Personal care services: bathing, dressing, skin care, exercises; Homemakers: meal prep, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, errands; Respite care relief for caregivers; long-term care planning; alternative to nursing home; help accessing low cost medications.
