Children's Clinics

San Juan Basin Health Department offers varied pediatric clinics throughout the year. These include:

• Children's Developmental Evaluation Clinic (CDEC)

Children's Developmental Evaluation Clinic provides multidisciplinary evaluation for children who have complex health and developmental problems and reside in the 5-county region of Southwest Colorado.

• HCP Clinic (Neurology and Rehabilitation)

Pediatric Neurology Clinic: 4 times per year (in Cortez, Durango, and Pagosa Springs).

Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic: 2 times per year (in Durango).
