Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition (CCIC)

San Juan Basin Health Department is currently involved in a grant project with the Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition (CCIC) to  help increase the immunization coverage of infants and children in the Four Corners Area.

We have created two community groups: Durango, Ignacio, Bayfield Immunization Network (DIBIN) and Pagosa Springs Immunization Network (PSIN).

Our goal is to increase the number of children who are protected from infectious disease.
