Colorado Women's Cancer Control Initiative

This program includes screening for cervical and breast cancer for women between ages 40-64 in Archuleta, San Juan and La Plata Counties.  For women 40 and older, breast exams, pap tests and pelvic exams are included. Mammograms are available for women over 50.

Eligibility:

This program is for uninsured women; or those with insurance, but high deductibles may be eligible also, if meet income guidelines. Documentation of legal residency is required.
