Spring Heart Screenings

Know your numbers and decrease your risk for heart disease. Free Heart Healthy screenings are offered by every Tuesday at San Juan Basin Health Department through mid May. It only takes 15 minutes and you get immediate results. Please call 247-5702 to schedule an appointment here at San Juan Basin Health Department.

Screenings are also offered the first Friday of every month at the Ignacio Community Library. Please call 563-9287 for an appointment

These free screenings include: total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index (BMI), risk assessment score, and prevention education.
