San Juan Basin Health provides confidential counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis. Anonymous testing is available for HIV. Services are offered for minimal fees.

Quarterly HIV/AIDS Clinic
San Juan Basin Health Department also holds a quarterly HIV/AIDS clinic in which specialists from University of Colorado and the Western Colorado Aids Project come to Durango to work with local doctors.
