Prenatal Services

San Juan Basin Health offers complete pregnancy care for income-eligible women. Services are provided by: Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Mid-wives, Doctors, R.N.s, nutritionists, a social worker and support staff.

Routine medical visits and educational, nutritional and psycho-social services are available. We presently are providing "Centering Pregnancy"  group care.

Payment:

Medicaid, and CHP+ accepted; sliding scale for uninsured and Medicaid/CHP+ ineligible.  Women who think they may be eligible for Medicaid can apply at San Juan Basin Health under Presumptive Eligibility which means you may be able to receive temporary Medicaid the day you apply.
