San Juan Basin Health Department

Our organization ensures the protection and improvement of public and environmental health. We offer comprehensive services through healthy living programs, support for women and children (WIC), and long-term care. As part of the public health improvement program developed following the Colorado Public Health Act of 2008, we actively collaborate with local communities to assess risks and enhance quality of life.
