Family Planning clinics
The goal of the Colorado Department of Public Health (CDPHE) Family Planning Program is to reduce unintended pregnancy by ensuring all Coloradans have access to affordable, quality contraceptive and reproductive health services.
Our Title X family planning clinic offers a broad range of contraceptive methods and related counseling; as well as breast and cervical cancer screening; pregnancy testing and counseling; screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs); HIV testing; and other patient education and referrals.
We serve La Plata and Archuleta Counties. You can also check with Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains for similar services. All of our services are confidential and private.
There are significant health disparities in Coloradans regarding unintended pregnancies. For more information, see the 2013 Health Disparities: Exploring Health Equity in Colorado’s 10 Winnable Battles report.
